When our chosen bakery unexpectedly stopped taking orders, I decided to create the wedding cakes I had envisioned—elegant, sophisticated, and unforgettable. The overwhelming praise from our guests and industry professionals ignited a passion that led to the launch of Darling Cake Co. in the fall of 2023.
