​Darling Cake Co. began with a defining moment in my own wedding journey. When our bakery unexpectedly stopped taking orders, I decided to create the editorial cake I had envisioned. The overwhelming response inspired me to launch Darling Cake Co. in 2023.

Today, I craft luxurious, handcrafted cakes that elevate life’s most meaningful celebrations, each one a delicate balance of artistry, flavour, and locally sourced ingredients from Vancouver Island and beyond.
