Sizes, Servings, & Pricing

All cakes are handcrafted using premium, locally sourced ingredients whenever possible. Pricing includes:

One custom colour
Smooth, modern buttercream finish
Minimalist piping or texture (rustic, semi-naked, or palette knife)
A short custom message

A packaging fee applies to all custom cake orders.

Single Tier | $5 + GST
Multi Tier | $10 + GST

Our serving sizes are based on a tall dessert slice: 1" x 2" x 6" – a generous portion, perfect for birthdays and celebrations.

For weddings or larger events, we recommend the standard dessert slice: 1" x 2" x 3" – just right after a meal or alongside other treats, and it helps your cake go further.

- Bold, dark, and dramatic colours with a high-impact finish. Ideal for statement cakes with a moody or luxurious vibe.

Cupcakes are available in any of the above cake flavours. Classic flavours start at $55+/dozen and specialty flavours start at $67.50+/dozen. Pricing includes:

Pick-up, Delivery, & Setup

Pick-Up: Single-tier cakes can be conveniently picked up Monday–Friday at: Island Chef Kitchens, 2620 Mica Place, Langford, BC.

Weekday Pick-up Hours: 10:00 am - 4:00 pm
Weekend Pick-up:
- Pick up on Friday (recommended)
- Saturday–Sunday by appointment only

Local Delivery: We offer delivery within 15 km round-trip of our commercial kitchen in Langford, with pricing based on distance:

Langford (Core), Goldstream Heights, Thetis Heights, Bear Mountain (0–5 km) $15+ GST
Westshore, View Royal, Saanich, Uptown (5.1–10 km) $20 + GST
Victoria, Esquimalt, Oak Bay, Fernwood, Vic West (10.1–15 km) $25 + GST

All deliveries include travel time, mileage, and safe transport of your order.

Multi-tiered cakes: Delivery is required for all multi-tiered cakes.

Extended Delivery: If you're located beyond 15 km, we offer delivery within a 2-hour radius of Langford, BC. Rates are charged at $1.25/km (round trip) and quoted individually. Minimum rate of $25 + GST (Subject to change.)

Multi-tiered Cake Delivery & Set-up: This service starts at $75 + GST and includes local delivery within 15 km round-trip of our commercial kitchen in Langford, plus up to one hour of on-site finishing touches.

Multi-tiered cakes: Require up to one hour of set-up to ensure everything looks perfect. Set-up beyond one hour is charged at $35 + GST per hour.
